I am a Washington DC based lawyer specializing in food law and regulatory issues. My work involves advising companies with respect to food product claims in labeling, advertising, and other promotional material, clinical research, substantiation issues, compliance, and regulatory strategy for bringing new ingredients and products to market.
Prior to law school, I worked in my family’s food consulting business, spending time in manufacturing facilities, labs and consulting on food safety and HACCP issues.
When not eating and lawyering, most of my time is spent swimming, biking, building sub-one-gram model aircraft and generally driving my wife nuts with nerdy pursuits.
